This air conditioner is very heavy. It weighs 130lbs and dimensions are 26.5 x 18.6 x 26.5; so you need atleast 3-4 strong people to lift it and install. In order to use this air conditioner we needed to run a new wire and hook up a new outlet (because its is 230v and has 1 horizontal prong)….

Be prepared or have some time for setup, there are quite a few steps to complete. With something like this, go slowly and pay attention to the directions. Came with all components and setup was as simple as it could be for this sort of item. Works really well. Also has remote. This item is very heavy so please have 1 or even two other people help with carrying and setting up.
