The settings panel is okay and I had no problem figuring it out but you need great vision to see the tiny words next to the buttons or use reading glasses or a magnifying glass. It blows cold air and the noise level doesn’t bother me. I’ve noticed the clean filter light comes on weekly and I have to wash it every week. As far a energy efficient I’m not sure…
